We have an exciting new post, leading on delivering the organisational development aspects of the Emergency Department Transformation Programme.
A key member of Leadership and Organisation Development Team, the post holder will be responsible for leading the design, delivery and evaluation of organisation development related plans and interventions under the ED Transformation Programme. The newly developed programme is supported by a project team in the Medicine and Emergency Care Division, which you will be integral to. You will be a self-motivated and creative individual with excellent skills in developing relationships with managers and teams at different levels. You will develop an understanding of the organisational and team challenges to inform the design of solutions contributing towards individual, team and Trust performance.
The role is based at The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford). The post is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work across both sites.
