Pertemps are currently recruiting for a 2x Helpdesk Advisor to join our industrial manufacturing client on a 6 month contract (with the expectation for a further 6 months extension thereafter) This is an office working role. However, you will work from home in the first instance with the expectation of resuming office work from the beginning of April from the MOTHERWELL site so staying in this area is ideal. you will be responsible for providing initial first line support for financial/payroll queries coming into the business. Start date: ASAP Pay rate: £12 p/h PAYE Hours per: Day: 7.5 Hours per: Week: 37.5 Shift: 8am-4pm What you'll do... " Ensure SLA are met " Support day to day queries from vendors " Monthly Vendor reconciliations " Resolve discrepancies between Vendor statement and our ERP system " Support internal stakeholders - procurement & business finance " Error Resolution " Ensure all necessary steps are taken to resolve vendor invoices working with internal stakeholders " Generate monthly metrics " Invoice processing both PO & Non-PO " 3 Way match " Ensure relevant approvals are in place for NON-PO " Key Controls on Vendor Name & Bank Details " Processing of complex invoices Is this you? " Experience in a previous customer service or support role, preferably telephone based " Good telephone and PC skills, using a variety of office software packages " Good analytical skills and methodical approach to problem solving " Excellent attention to detail " Great listening skills and be able to multi-task This role also offers an excellent opportunity for development, providing a solid support package and the backing of a team that works cooperatively and values its members.
