How will you help shape the way we connect with customers and run our business? Join our **9-week summer internship**and get hands-on experience across a variety of real-world business activities. Whether you're supporting strategic planning, improving performance, or helping us deliver better experiences for our customers, you’ll be part of a team driving change across a national organisation.
You’ll work alongside our Customer, Strategy and Communications teams on work that could include:
- Strategic customer initiatives
- Business performance and planning
- Compliance, governance and assurance

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**

To be eligible for our placement programme, you must:
- Be finishing the **second year**of your undergraduate degree programme in June 2026.
- ** Be able attend a 2-day induction from 29th-30th June 2026.**
- Hold an unrestricted Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the placement. **_Due to the salary level of this role, we cannot offer sponsorship for the position for individuals that don't have the Right to Work in the UK. _**
Assessment Centres will run in **January and February 2026**, and you’ll hear back soon after about whether you’ve secured a placement.
