We are currently looking for a **Clients & Markets Junior** to our Oxford office. This is a permanent position.

**The Role**

This is a Trainee position and full training and support will be given to develop your skills and abilities for a long-term career within our practice. Your key responsibilities would include the below:

- Building productive working relationships within Shaw Gibbs as required
- Provide support on events
- Assisting with the production and updating of marketing collateral
- Help manage marketing stock across offices
- Support Clients & Markets Executives with client activities
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Build and maintain audience lists using CRM
- Support opportunity management logging on CRM.
