**Requirements**:
**The role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to contribute to the build of our proprietary software at a pivotal point in time as we invest in our future.

As a UI/UX Designer you will play an integral part in the development of our product. You will work with stakeholders and management to ensure it maintains an efficient operation within the business.

**Key skills we need**:

- A strong understanding of UX design
- Experience working with Figma and Sketch
- Ability to react to ad hoc development requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate as part of a team
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest and best practices in product design
- Able to provide a portfolio of work
- Able to travel to our office in Borehamwood at least once-a-week for a face-to-face meet

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience using Illustrator and/or Photoshop
