Johnson Health Tech Digital has two main business lines, one producing digital fitness content both on a business to business and business to consumer basis, and the other is the UK home equipment segment.

At the digital content division our aim is to produce the best possible working environment, to attract the world’s strongest instructors, delivering the highest quality class concepts. All underpinned by physiological and psychological science, alongside the best video production and audio in the industry

Reporting into one of the Master trainer team, the Digital Trainer is a full-time employed and crucial role in our organisation, delivering on-demand workouts for the global fitness market, including for both ourselves and for third-parties.

This is a full-time role based at the GX Hub in High Wycombe, with the facilities open office-hours Monday to Friday. We are ideally looking for instructors who are qualified to Level 3, although we will accept level 2 in certain cases.

We have a “hands on” approach to business right across the organization. An ability to proactively manage multi-level stakeholder relationships (internal and external) is business critical. Only really committed team players should apply.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- To teach up to 12 regular digital on-demand classes per week at the GX Hub, ideally compromising at least two modalities in fitness. e.g., Cycle and Strength
- To take meticulous care around the preparation for these workouts, including the completion of detailed programming documents in advance
- To mystery shop digital fitness content globally and be aware of new trends, techniques and approaches
- To have the science of music psychology at the heart of your teaching style, through the utilization of every tool to synchronise with music with programming
- To follow the framework of the Johnson Digital class concept suite
- To follow the JD Brand Standards for teaching GX and attend all ongoing training
- To have a collaborative approach when working with other stakeholders at the GX Hub and the wider JHT community
- To have a passionate commitment to the social side of Group Exercise, for example by hosting regular live events at the GX Hub
- To work with the PR and marketing team to showcase the JHT product through events and social media platforms
- To represent the JHT brand at all times in person and on Social Media, including regular stories and grid posts
- To attend a weekly strategy meeting with the Fitness Director
