About Us:
We are a forward-thinking football coaching company dedicated to developing young players between Year 1 and Year 6 through small-group (6-2-1) and one-to-one (121) sessions. Our mission is to create a positive and engaging environment where players can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and skilled football coaches to deliver our 6-2-1 football coaching sessions and provide personalized 121 coaching. Our sessions focus on creating realistic game-like scenarios, promoting player-centered learning, and creating a holistic approach to development. Expect to work with small groups or individuals in a dynamic, fun, and high-energy environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver high-quality coaching sessions that align with our philosophy: no lines, no lectures - just engaging, realistic football activities.

Plan and implement session plans tailored to the needs of the players.

Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Provide constructive feedback to players and parents to support individual development.

Maintain professionalism and uphold the values of the organization at all times.

**Requirements**:
FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent).

At least 1 year of coaching experience with children.

Experience working with primary-aged players (Years 1-6).

A passion for player development with a player-centered and holistic coaching philosophy.

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.

Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one before starting.

First Aid qualification and Safeguarding certification.
