**Warehouse Administrator/ Coordinator**

**Essential skills**:

- Excellent Administration and IT skills, particularly MS Office & Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to changing circumstances with willingness to take on new tasks.

**Main Duties include**:

- Management of stock levels and product information using the company’s ERP Software to ensure the accuracy of inventory availability.
- Coordinating all Logistics Operations.
- Cross-checking the delivery note vs the internal check sheet and booking received stock onto the ERP system.
- Preparing the daily paperwork for the department.
- Carrying out stock checks and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Planning inventory flow, manufacturing scheduling and allocation of material.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Support of Production Management Team as required.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 17.00hrs (40 hrs per week)
