About the Role

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Bar and Events Assistants This temporary role involves working at the bar during our busiest season, serving drinks, assisting with front-of-house tasks, and ensuring a clean, inviting atmosphere. Shifts usually start at 4:00 PM and may run as late as 2:00 AM, depending on event demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve a variety of drinks at the bar, providing friendly and efficient service to guests
- Assist with general front-of-house (FOH) duties, including guest interaction and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including clearing glasses, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed
- Support in closing down the bar at the end of each event by cleaning the floor, arranging seating, and organizing the bar to be ready for the following day
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible evening and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly and positive attitude, with strong customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
