We are looking to expand our team and have a vacancy for someone who fits our company culture.

The role is based in the Hatfield clinic on a **Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:30pm**. Flexibility to do the occasional weekend cover or late shift would be a real help.

Our current team is **lovely**, **proactive** and **organised** and ready to grow. We want to maintain our **personal approach** with our staff and patients. We aim to provide clinical excellence as a team, so we would need your help on various projects including customer service, bookings with patients and working with our therapy team as part of the whole business.

**Skills and Experience to start**:

- We need someone who is great on the **telephone**:

- Do you enjoy talking to people and providing an excellent **customer experience**?
- Are you great with **admin skills** and you love detail?
- We use an online booking system so you’ll need to be reasonably good on the PC and using some basic excel software
- You should be organised and love project based work with some variety
- We love positive, friendly and professional people
- Some projects you will be responsible for, allowing you to really get involved and make a difference
- And of course you’ll need to be **reliable** and turn up on time

**Your role when you start**:
**We offer regular training on a weekly timetable to support and help all our team**
- This means that you would have a good understanding of all Perfect Balance products, locations and therapies
- Any admin skills you don’t have related to the role we would work on with you
- We would show you how to make bookings using our online diary system, updating client records, take payments or obtaining health insurance details.
- We would require some basic admin duties and operational tasks such as stock management, some cleaning and lots of being friendly with the team
