We are looking to recruit a part time ground floor receptionist, to work as part of a job share team, in a corporate office. The building is located within a beautiful business park on the outskirts of
- **Uxbridge.**
- You will take pride in managing every visitor’s journey, ensuring an exemplary level of customer service is delivered, with the ultimate aim of leaving a lasting impression.- You should be immaculately presented and have previous reception experience.**The hours**
- 8am - 5pm Monday and Tuesday (18 hours per week)**Salary**:

- £10,464 paKey Responsibilities
- You will provide a front of house reception service which will include:
- Managing and taking ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ expectations
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional meet and greet service, ensuring a warm, friendly and professional welcome
- Signing in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
- Assisting the Park Marketing team by communicating and supporting a range of events /concierge initiatives ie local business offers for tenants/ dry cleaning pick -up/ car valet/bike clinic/ yoga & fitness etc

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in a front of house reception role or customer service, marketing or sales environment
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Proactive and self motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to cover for sickness and holidays
