Peppermint is a stylish and fun cocktail bar situated on St Mary's Street in Cardiff, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings, a stunning gin garden and two DJs over two floors to give the best guest experience

Peppermint have some exciting junior front of house roles starting at £10.42-£11.44 per hour once fully trained We have full time and part time positions available and if you love what you do (we’re sure you will) there is even a chance to progress

The hospitality industry encompasses main 3 areas, Front of House, Bar and Kitchen. This is how we split our business, if you are looking at a career within hospitality we offer in-house coaching and development to welcome you to the management team.

But it doesn’t stop there, our Deputy and General Managers are the guys in the business to oversee the daily running of the business, look forward to being industry leading in our venues and coach their teams in order to reach the top line sales

Our team will not only be friendly, outgoing and confident, they will be well presented and well spoken. Individuals must provide an excellent guest drinking experience and be able to provide classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations. Most importantly you must be willing to have a great time with our guests and learn and grow within the company.

- Presenting tables ready for bookings
- Taking payment from guests
- Presenting pre-paid packages with a smile
- Know the packages by memory
- Know the service level agreement by memory
- Know the venue well, remembering table numbers/names/areas
- Be confident and mentally resilient
