**Care Assistant (Nights)**
**Location**: Ashton Manor Care Home, Lancaster, Lancashire
**Salary**:£12.60 per hour and overtime paid at £14.10 per hour, equivalent £25,225pa
**Hours**: Full-time, 38.5 hours a week, 8pm - 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

- **Week 1**: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- **Week 2**: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

**About the Role**:
Evermore Care is seeking compassionate** Care Assistant (Nights)**to join the team at **Ashton Manor**, our state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience (either personal or work-based) within adult social care
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
