We are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our internal Recruitment team, working out of our newly refurbished offices in Brentwood.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will work alongside the Recruitment Partner to provide an exceptional recruitment service to our Hiring Managers and business collaborators, as well as supporting the Group Recruitment Strategy and working with the wider team to achieve the Recruitment Team objectives.

You will be key in our continuous improvement pathway and work with us to define good recruitment practices, support the shaping of our advertising strategy, be an ambassador for our brand, and a collaborative member of the Recruitment team.

This is an ideal role for a current junior consultant or resourcer looking to go ‘in house’ and has experience supporting end to end recruitment processes. Ideally this knowledge will come from the construction industry.
