Overview:
️** We are currently on the lookout for a 12 month contract based **Talent Coordinator -** maternity cover

As a Talent Coordinator for our global business, you role will be instrumental in providing valuable support and coordination, aiming to establish a vibrant Talent ecosystem, fostering a culture where potential is harnessed, and excellence is achieved.

**Responsibilities**:
**Assist Talent Partners and Global Talent Manager with coordinating and implementing talent-related initiatives.**

Games Global University management and optimisation:

- Oversee the daily operations of Games Global’s learning management system - Games Global University.
- Ensure the system is functioning properly, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with IT support or vendors as needed.
- Update and maintain user data, courses, and other content within Games Global University.
- Generate and analyse reports from Games Global University to monitor user engagement and effectiveness of training programmes.

Learning and Development Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
- Manage registration processes, track attendance, and handle feedback collection for continuous improvement of programmes.
- Support the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for training such as securing venues, managing technology needs, and preparing materials.
- Collect feedback from programme participants and trainers to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.

Communication and Support
- Talent Coordinators serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding Games Global University access, and for the distribution of learning platform licenses.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent team as needed.

Continuous Improvement
- Provide continuous feedback on Talent initiatives, incorporating external research and employee feedback.

Any other duties
- Assist the team with the roll-out and development of other Talent initiatives such as career mapping, the global graduate programme, and the mentoring programme.
- Any other duties as required.

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Self-motivated and proactive individual** with **strong interpersonal and communication skills**

Someone who is **able to build and maintain excellent working relationships** and **maintain a high level of confidentiality.**

**Having a keen eye on detail** is needed for this role and a **curious mind who is always eager to learn and explore new topics.**

You must be a proficient user of MS Office tools and should be open for a contract based engagement.

- General HR Experience
