About the Role:
Your role will be working as a Support Worker in a friendly and supportive team based in a Supported Living service in Bideford, Devon.
The service provides support for adults & elderly people with learning difficulties. Some service users have complex needs which includes physical impairments such as spinal & brain injury. Your approach will therefore vary on an individual basis as you familiarizewith the service.
About the Service:
The service is a Supported Living facility for adults with learning disabilities and moderate complex needs.
You will play a vital role in providing support and helping the well-being of individuals by aiding and facilitating personal independence.
About You:
¢ Previous experience in Support Work ideal
¢ Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless exempt for medical reasons)
¢ An understanding of hygiene and healthy living standards (Ideal NOT essential)
