Trainee Setter

To be trained in producing quality envelopes in accordance with customer specification
- To be trained in the set up and operation of envelope machines
- To be trained by a skilled setter/adjuster from the training matrix to reach level 4 in all aspects of envelope setting
- To be trained in monitoring product to the company standard level of quality control
- To be trained in all aspects of repairing any minor problems that occur during production
- To be trained in completing all checks and paperwork required by the company
- To maintain a clean and tidy area (work, changing room, canteen etc.)
- To be trained how to fault find and rectify the fault in all areas of the envelope machine

**Requirements**:
To wear personal protective equipment at all times within the production area.
- Meet H&S regulations of the site at all times.
- To behave in a safe and appropriate manner at all times.
- Adhere to all company rules and policies.
- To maintain high levels of work performance including attendance, timekeeping etc.
- To assist in other areas as and when required.
- Conduct yourself in a responsible and courteous manner at all times
- Have a co-operative and enthusiastic approach at all times
- Good level of efficiency
- Reasonable communication skills
- Respectful and helpful attitude.
- Team Player
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required by the company.
- To take reasonable instructions from your Trainer and Shift Managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.55 per hour
