- To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To assist and supervise Junior Waiters.
- To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.

Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member’s club advantageous
The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
