The Ness Care Group are the leading specialists in cognitive health across Devon and create specialist Health & Wellbeing hubs that work with individuals and families living with memory loss.

Each hub supports individuals living with dementia through a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive stimulation therapy, cognitive rehabilitation therapy and creative therapy all based on the National Institute for Clinical Excellence guidelines. All our interventions are designed to maintain someones physical and mental health and are outcome focused and impact measured to show we are making a clinical difference. Our Chudleigh Health hub supports families across The Moors, Newton Abbot and to Exeter and is looking to grow their team.

Driving license required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
