**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for offering line managers and employees a knowledgeable HR advising service on all employment-related issues.
- Manage all aspects of cases and projects involving employee relations.
- Giving line managers advice, direction, and support on a variety of employee relations issues, Including as disciplinary actions and dismissals, grievances, absences, capability difficulties, and workplace incidents.
- Occupational health issues, short-term and long-term sick leave, and maternity/paternity leave are all monitored and managed as absences.
- Using a coaching approach to help an organisation increase its capacity for handling labor-management difficulties.
- Maintaining constant avenues of communication with line managers and employees.
- Manage requests for flexible work from employees by coordinating with line supervisors.
- Update and maintain the HR database to ensure all personnel data is recorded and kept accurately.
- Work with the HR Manager to organise new hire inductions.
- ensuring that policies and procedures are updated to maintain legal compliance and ongoing improvement, and that they are consistently followed throughout the organisation.
- Statistics reporting and data analysis to support ongoing improvement

**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:

- CIPD Level 5 Diploma
- At least 4 years generalist HR experience
- ER case management experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law
