To fulfil your role as Lettings Manager, you will liaise with the Director, reporting back on staff performance, market changes and conditions and any other relevant information.

**Duties (to include but not limited to)**:

- Carry out valuations and deliver new instructions
- Generate landlord leads through marketing activities
- Grow a lettings portfolio of manages units
- Liaise with our Director on staff performance, market conditions and any issues that arise
- Be aware of competitor performance and activity
- Organise weekly canvassing

**Person Specification**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business winning/development mentality
- Knowledge of the property industry and legislation
- Trustworthy and genuine persona
- The potential to bring clients with them to their new role
- Previous experience in a management role
- Minimum of 3 years working in an estate or lettings agent
