Fel Uwch Hwylusydd Busnes, byddwch yn arwain y gwaith o ddylunio a chyflwyno rhaglen drawsnewidiol sy'n cefnogi sefydliadau celfyddydol i ffynnu. Gan weithio'n agos gyda Phennaeth Datblygu Busnes, byddwch yn datblygu a gweithredu fframwaith cymorth hyblyg, yn rheoli tîm o Hwyluswyr Busnes, ac yn hyrwyddo dull partneru busnes i ddiwallu anghenion esblygol y sector. Mae'r rôl allanol hon yn gofyn am sgiliau cyfathrebu a mentora cryf, gan ganolbwyntio ar greu mentrau effaith uchel a meithrin ymgysylltiad dwfn â'r sector.

**Senior Business Enabler**

**Full-time, 37 hours per week**

**Permanent Contract**

**Grade D: Starting salary of £44,718**

**Location: This role can be based at any one of the Arts Council of Wales offices in Cardiff, Colwyn Bay or Carmarthen. We are currently working in a hybrid way.**

Our benefits include 30 days’ annual leave, 2.5 privilege days, flexible working hours/pattern, cycle to work scheme and a final salary pension (6%).

**About this role**

As Senior Business Enabler, you’ll lead the design and delivery of a transformative programme supporting arts organisations to thrive. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you’ll develop and implement a flexible support framework, manage a team of Business Enablers, and champion a business partnering approach to meet the sector’s evolving needs. This outward-facing role requires strong communication and mentoring skills, focused on creating high-impact initiatives and fostering deep sector engagement.

**About you**

We are seeking an experienced business partner with a passion for enabling organisational success in the arts sector. You bring expertise in one or more business areas such as Finance, HR, Governance, Climate Justice, or Fundraising, and can confidently navigate a broad range of disciplines. Skilled at building trusted relationships and providing expert guidance, you excel in dynamic environments and are committed to supporting the growth and resilience of arts organisations.

**Welsh language**

We work in both English and Welsh. Fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is desirable but not essential for this post. However, a commitment to learning and speaking Welsh to a standard enabling its use in Council business is essential.
