**Your role**

Responsible for the efficient production of Poultry diets in accordance with the Transport schedule and the instructions directed by the Mill Manager. Supervising and providing daily direction to the Mill staff. Reporting into the Mill Manager and providing daily operational updates, highlighting any risks. To provide coaching and training to Mill Operatives to aid in their consistent development. In your job you will lead and assist Mill operatives, other Charge hands, Maintenance staff, Drivers, Cleaning staff, Raw Material Department staff, Farm managers, Anwick Garage staff, Office staff, and the Mill Manager. To ‘live’ welfare as a condition with the opportunity to grow and develop via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. ‘Growing our own’ agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to Moy Park.

**What you’ll need**
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- A keen interest in agriculture where animal welfare is of the upmost importance
- Desire to work 'hands on' in an agricultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- To be reliable and flexible
