The Installation Department of Saltire Facilities Management Limited are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team.

What you’ll do:

- Undertake EPC’s and full internal & external property condition surveys on domestic properties
- Undertake independent energy audits, thermal imaging and damp testing
- Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work

What you’ll bring:

- Experienced DEA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Qualifications Essential DEA/GDA qualification
- PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor - Desirable but not essential
- Valid disclosure upon offer
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Full UK driving licence

**Salary**: From £28,560.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
