Amongst the main responsibilities for this role are the following:

- Business Operations Associate role will support day-to-day operational activities for Global Marketing Departments (Strategic Brand Marketing)
- The responsibility will include activities related to budget tracking and development and contracting &purchasing support (MyContract, MyBuy). In addition, working closely with the global marketing teams to maintain the share point site.

**Essential Knowledge & Experience**:

- Coordinate MyContract & MyBuy process, track invoices, and manage payment status of each Purchase Order.
- Process contract & purchasing requests for Global Marketing Department.
- Working closely with the Global Brand Leads for Medical Speciality brands to prepare annual-budget plan and midterm financial plan for the department.
- Manage budget tracking spending against budget plan and informing the budget owners of the progress.
- Lead the preparation and submission of Monthly and Quarterly Departmental update reports to various stakeholders including Sr. Executives and Corporate Planning.
- Developing and maintaining the communication platforms and tools for global cross functional sharing and collaboration including develop and manage the team SharePoint site.
- Responsible for ad hoc projects including sharing of best practices, the development of templates, process mapping and other related projects.
- Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business.
