**Contract**: Permanent

**Hours**:Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm (38 hours per week)

**What the opportunity looks like**:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for planning and carrying out administrative tasks within the warehouse, ensuring collaboration with Customer Service team, Commercial Team and wider Supply Chain, achieving despatch targets, sales orders and samples requests.
- Accuracy ownership as well as timely completion of Sales Orders.
- Processing despatch documentation, whilst adhering to HMRC regulation and department targets.
- Coordinating transporting contractors on site for inbound and outbound activity.
- Daily updating of department traceability forms & files.
- Collaborate and communicate with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), 3rd Party Production and Storage external functions.
- Perform the required quality checks at the different stages of the process.

**Skills and experience that will help you be a success**:
For this role we're looking for:

- FLT Licence is essential for this role.
- High attention to details is required to manage complex orders and prepare all the required documentation.
- Experience within a supply chain or logistics environment is essential.
- Experience in a similar warehouse administration/coordination role, preferably in the spirit industry.
