International Dyslexia Learning Solutions (IDL) is a unique, specialist intervention software program that is proven to be highly effective for improving reading and spelling for all ages.

As an Interventions Advisor, you will be joining the exciting IDL Team to be responsible for offering advice, guidance, and support to new and existing customers on our products and services. By providing outstanding customer service you will act as a key contact point for all customers to provide support and identify opportunities for sales growth to maximise income.

- Demonstrable sales experience
- commitment to a high standard of customer service
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team effectively
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Ability to achieve agreed targets and to work to deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and external bodies
- Possession of good ICT skills
