Working 37.5 hours per week as a Deputy Ward Manager at The Chimneys Clinic in Suffolk you will have previous experience in a similar setting as a nurse, and have excellent knowledge in healthcare and managing people. You will be leading the nursing team,ensuring procedures are being followed and a safe environment is maintained.

At The Chimneys Clinic, you will join the multidisciplinary team that provides care and treatment to females aged 17 years +, who have a diagnosis/emerging diagnosis of Personality Disorder and Mild Learning Disability. You will be an integral member ofthe team, offering your peers on-going guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary support system and skillset.

Have experience within a leadership/management capacity.
Ideally have experience of working in a Personality/Learning Disability setting.

You will be working at the Chimney's Clinic, a 12 bedded service that offers specialist care that is specifically designed to support women that have a diagnosis of an emerging or personality disorder.

You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team at the Chimney's, providing a therapeutic environment to aid the recovery for each young woman within their journey. The focus of the service is to enable the young women to work on ways to decrease harmfulbehaviours and replace them with effective strategies to enhance their lives and help them reach their personal life goals.
