The role of the CDM Consultant will include preparing PCI packs, reviewing construction phase plans, attending design and pre-construction meetings and advising clients on their duties under the CDM Regulations 2015
**The successful CDM and H&S Consultant**
The successful CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- Have good technical, design and construction knowledge
- Have good knowledge of Construction, Design and Management Regulations CDM 2015
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
- Technical IOSH membership/AaPS membership (minimum) working towards CMaPS
**The package of the successful CDM and H&S Consultant**
- **Salary of up to £55,000 based on experience**:

- **26 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays**:
