We are looking for someone to join our Learning and Development Team to manage and maintain the Learning Management System. You will also work to develop and design digital learning content and solutions for operational training. This person will share our values and ethos of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live a fulfilling life in the way they choose. Through person-centred planning, our aim across all our residential and supported living services is to ensure every individual we support achieves their full potential and has opportunities, choices and success which are meaningful to them.

**Salary**: £35,000 per annum

Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System and support the organisation with analysing data, trends and compliance reporting
Working with Operational Leaders and Learning & Development team to agree regulatory, statutory and specific training compliance completion requirement, monitoring and reporting
