We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Part time Home Care Assistant **to join our amazing team here at **Walfinch Woking and Guildford** in the **postcode areas of **GU1, GU4, GU21, GU24, GU15, GU19
**Pay rate**:
- We offer excellent pay rates of £14.00 Weekdays and £15.75 on weekends PLUS 45p per Mile.
**Working times**:
- We are very flexible with working times.
- All staff will be able to do a selection of early mornings or late evenings.
- All staff typical work between 7am and 10pm
- We can offer 7am to 12pm shifts
- We can offer 12pm to 4pm shifts
- We can offer 2pm to 6pm shifts
- We can offer 6pm to 10pm shifts
- We welcome people who are looking for part time work
- To make if fair for all staff, we all work alternative weekends

**Key responsibilities**:
- We provide Care in the community in Clients own homes.
- We can assist client with shopping needs.
- Home care doesn't mean staying at home, it can be about getting out and about and thriving in the outdoors, or it can mean encouraging people to pick up their hobbies again.
- Making sure that the people you care for live happy, fun and independent lives.
- To provide one to one support, with day to day living tasks to enable people to thrive in their own homes and remain as independent and active for as long as they can. We follow the Mum Test.
- We tailor support to ensure the client still has control, peace of mind, they remain in familiar surroundings, their support plan is flexible, they are provided with companionship from friendly carers, and their care is cost affective to suit them and their needs.
