**As a Leisure Team Leader you will**:

- Oversee the day to day running of the leisure facility during your shift
- Maintain the highest standard of guest care, building standards and cleanliness in line with company procedures
- Deal with guest queries and complaints when they arise and resolving them or raising them to the Park Manager if needed
- Day to day supervision of staff to ensure smooth running of all facilities
- Responsible for Health and Safety of the facility during their shift
