**Contract Supervisor-** inspection, plan backs and quoting/coding up works

**Barnet and Westminster (work from home occasionally visit office)**

**Up to 40k plus vehicle and fuel card**

Our Client are currently looking for a contract supervisor. They have recently won a number of new contracts in their division and as such they are looking to add to their team. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
- Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Quality Service: Manage and optimize work schedules to align with company procedures, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Client Relations: Represent our company with confidence at client and resident meetings, reinforcing our commitment to quality and reliability.

Cost Control: Effectively manage material costs, following established processes and procedures. Quoting/pricing up work.

Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality through regular inspections, performance reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys. Communicate with Tenants. Pre and post Inspections.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring optimal staffing to deliver exceptional service. Lead the site team to the best of your ability.

Role specific information:
- CSCS card - Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person

SMSTS or SSSTS

First Aid

Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman/ be able to hold tool box talks

Full UK driving licence.

Knowledge of industry H&S

Experience with Quoting up works

Experience supervising and running of contracts on site so work is completed on time, to required quality and cost effectively. Planning, set up and visit sites to check production and controls.
