NTT Global Data Centers EMEA is seeking an** Infrastructure Asset Specialist** to join its GDC EMEA Operations Central Engineering team which is responsible for supporting, driving, and reporting on the operational requirements of Asset Management and Life Cycle across all countries and regions.
As our Infrastructure Asset Specialist you will report directly to the Infrastructure Asset Manager on all areas of NTT GDC EMEA Asset Management requirements
You will work with all the regional teams to ensure that the “Zero Outage” mentality, processes and procedures are maintained in all Asset Management Arena’s

**Your responsibilities**
- To control and manage the day to day reporting activities and structure within the NTT CAFM / CMMS system and processes across all NTT GDC EMEA clusters
- Assist with implementation, appraisal and creation of any new process for the development of the CAFM / CMMS system and liaison with the CAFM / CMMS supplier and all interested parties
- Identify and manage risks associated with NTT’s Asset Management and Life Cycle processes and procedures
- Drive a collaborative approach to Asset Management through the NTT Asset Management Community
- Act as a resource to the GDC EMEA Operations Central Engineering team to support Data Center Deliver of new construction or infrastructure projects.
- Support, develop and enhance all operational procedures, process maps and data mapping requirements to the NTT GDC EMEA Asset Management and Life Cycle guidelines
- To carry out regular tours of the regional operational sites to inspect local conformance to group maintenance, asset management and life cycle guidelines either remotely or in person
- Work with the NTT GDC EMEA Regional and Central Engineering teams to define and implement a set of measurable asset management key performance indicators (KPI)
- Provides regular CAPEX reporting functionalities in a variety of differing forms for all Data Center functions
- Provide reporting on all maintenance activities across NTT GDC EMEA
- Provide regular reporting on performance against asset management KPIs

**Your responsibilities**
- Proven track record of managing large complex Asset Management Systems in live and / or critical environments
- Proven track record in the establishment, development, and leading Asset Management Communities at all hierarchical levels
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and developing asset hierarchy and data mapping requirements
- Demonstratable experience of creating and report on Asset Management Analytics
- Experience of working within a large multinational company with significant regional operations
- Ability to teach and guide team members through asset change and variance processes
- Ability to prepare, present and summarise information to all audience types
- Proficient in the use of excel and complex formulations
- Willing and able to travel
- Proficient in English language both written and verbal
- Second European language desirable but not essential
