Sales Controller

Basic - 30k

OTE - 50k

In every Saturday with a day off during the week and Sundays off.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Controller at our client's well respected franchised main dealership in Dorchester.

This position would suit a Sales Executive or experienced Business Manager that is looking for the next step in their career, full training and development will be provided for the successful applicant.

**The role**:
You will work closely with the Head of Business to grow this new and exciting prestigious product. You will be responsible for every stage of the Sales process; from the first contact with the customer to the documentation post-handover. You will need tobe able to interact comfortably with a wide variety of potential customers, from high-net-worth individuals, to tradesmen, farmers and people wishing to purchase this vehicle as a lifestyle product. You must have a strong financial background including FCAcompliance. You will also be the first point of contact in managing service and maintenance enquiries and co-ordinating with the Aftersales team to ensure customers receive a first class level of service.

**Duties/responsibilities**:

- High attention to detail
- Previous sales experience essential
- Delivering on volume and profitability targets
- Advising customers of products and services where applicable
- Ordering and handing over vehicles as per customer needs
- Completing relevant documentation in line with legislation and manufacturer protocols
- Maintain the highest levels of showroom presentation
