**About the Role**

As Bids and Contracts Manager you will be responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining all contracts and service level agreements across the RNN Group including direct and sub-contracted provision and direct and sub-contracted goods and services,ensuring consistent management of all proposals and contracts and developing specific standards for tenders, negotiations and document management.

You will lead the coordinate and production of bids, ensuring timely and successful submission of tendering opportunities.

In the role of Bids and Contracts Manager you will manage subcontractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching learning and assessment.Proactively drive forward strategies for quality improvement which will support the ambition to become outstanding.

**You will**

**You will have experience of working with subcontracted provision within education/training environment. You will be able to source, prepare and submit bids and tenders for funding within an education environment.**

**You will hold a Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE equivalent) and ideally you will possess a degree or equivalent level and a project management qualification (or experience). As Bids and Contracts Manager you must also show evidence of ongoingCPD that demonstrates a passion for ongoing professional development.**

**Department Info**

The role of Bids and Contracts Manager will report to the Director of Adult Education and Contracts and manage the bid and contracts teams. You will attend appropriate management meetings, playing a pro-active role.

You will work on driving forwards our strategic priorities ensuring all activities contribute to an FE Self-Assessment for 2021/22 of at least Good and Outstanding by Academic Year 22/23.
