We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to cover the 3 key platforms within the company; security, fire safety and cleaning.

As an Operational Supervisor, you will act as the supervision of a Facilities Operations Centre that operates 24/7/365, on a shift basis, to protect our people, property and profitability. Supporting in the co-ordination of the monitoring of all key systems and their integration across all key locations, throughout the night and day.

- A strong customer service background. Understanding the importance of how to approach both direct and indirect clients, ensuring a strong service is offered through both yourself and the team around you.
- What does the job entail?_
- Provide guidance and support to the Operations Team including other Supervisors, Managers and Directors daily to ensure an efficient working relationship is maintained.
- Responsible for the delivery of training to frontline operatives to ensure a safe and secure approach is delivered in the working environment through the implementation of our effective security and fire safety protocols.
- Safeguard the reputation of the company and customers by ensuring customer satisfaction and values are optimised through the deliverance of adequate security measures and standards are effectively maintained by routinely visiting the sites to complete audits.
- Confirming all rosters are complete in due time by ensuring all requirements have been requested, and all sites are manned to fulfil what the clients have requisitioned.
- What is required?_
- You must be willing to work nights/weekends
- You must hold a valid SIA license with a minimum 3yrs experience in the security industry
- You must hold a valid Full UK driving license enabling you to drive manual vehicles
- You must be aged 25 and older for company van insurance policy
- You must be flexible and understand the reactive industry in which we operate
- You must be willing to undertake any training that is compulsory to the progression of your role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.40 per hour
