About the role

We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Redchurch Café team as Café all-rounders.

When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business that stretches across London, Europe and the Middle East.

As a Café All-rounder your priority will be exceptional customer service, great coffee and an overall fantastic attention to detail.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Preparation of outstanding coffee
Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
Running food & drinks
Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
Opening and closing the café

**Details**:
**Hours**: 5 shifts per week around 40 hours per week

**Days**: Flexibility on days is preferred and weekend days are essential

**Times**: The cafe is open between 8-4 Mon-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays and Sunday.

**Probation period**: 3 months

**Reporting to**: Redchurch cafe manager

**Experience**: None required Just a love for hospitality. Full training on coffee and operational tasks is provided.
