The Firm My client is a modern and forward thinking firm looking for family lawyers to join their team on either a permanent or consultancy basis. The firm are based in Uxbridge (although the role is not office based) and are a full service firm. Theyare accredited with numerous quality standards, evidencing they are a respected outfit and one which would be beneficial to begin consulting or working with. The Role They have been going through a period of rapid growth in both staff and profit over the lasttwo years, and so are searching for solicitors to join them in their success. If consulting, solicitors from all over England and Wales are encouraged to apply. You will normally only be required in the office once per month, and the firm are fully equippedto support you in remote working. If applying for a permanent position, you will normally be expected in the officer once per week. This is an excellent firm to begin your consultancy journey with, as they provide considerably more support than others. Whilst'fending for yourself' is often synonymous with consulting, this is certainly not the case here. The firm will provide you with regular contact (in the form of meetings with the managing partner); cutting-edge technological support; a competitive fee-sharingstructure (take home up to 70% of your billings); help in business development (including a dedicated page on their website); office facilities, meeting rooms, hot desks, etc and much more. Ideal Candidate To be successful in your application, you will: -Be a qualified family lawyer with at least 5+ years' PQE (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply). - (If consulting) preferably bring a following. However, this is not necessary if you can show a plan and keen aptitude for businessdevelopment. - Have a proven track record of handling a caseload and providing excellent service to clients.
