On behalf of our rapidly growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting a talented Infrastructure Engineer. As Infrastructure Engineer, you will help build out our clients’ technical capabilities with your expertise in delivering mission-criticalinfrastructure and multi-cloud services across multi-sites, whilst assisting the technical operations team to support both customer's multi-cloud infrastructure and their own cloud platforms.

The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for:

- Installation of multi-cloud infrastructure on-site and in the data centre, individually and as part of a team.
- Setup and provisioning of cloud “as” services provided by our client and 3rd Parties
- Provide maintenance through patching and optimization of customer infrastructure
- Use your expertise to recommend solutions for support identified repeat calls by helping to identify underlying problems with installed infrastructure or cloud services.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and provide accurate customer-specific reports such as Health Check Outputs, Schematics, Live Optics etc.
- Assist pre-sales with customer-facing engagements where necessary
- Provide On-call cover for approx. 17 weeks per year based on your specialist knowledge.

The Infrastructure Engineer will have the following:

- A good foundation in Microsoft Azure and willingness to expand knowledge
- A good foundation of MS Exchange on-premise and O365 Hybrid architecture
- Good understanding of networks (Routers & Switches) and firewalls (Cisco, F5 Palo Alto)
- A good foundation in Microsoft Azure and willingness to expand knowledge

- Good understanding of networks (Routers & Switches) and firewalls (Cisco, F5 Palo Alto)
- Excellent and proven skills with DellEMC Storage and Data Protection product sets
- Excellent and proven skills of Hypervisors specifically VMware ESXi and Hyper-V

**Benefits**:

- Annual car allowance £500pm
- On-Call allowance of £250pw + £50ph when utilised, approximately 1 week in every 5
- Optional Private Health Care with BUPA for the individual after the probation period
