Remuneration ranging between £48,000.00 - £58,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) + car allowance, package, pension and bonus

About Us

We undertake works typically from £50,000 to £3million which includes all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical works. Our modern working environment & team ethos is our clear vision. Our work is with both key clients and end users forming long standing relations, which in turn generates repeat works.

Role and Responsibility
- Taking off quantities from drawings and inputting information onto the system
- Timely preparation of and submission of tenders
- Liaising with clients and consultants to provide value engineered proposals
- Finalisation of all tender bids
- To attend pre order meetings to secure contracts and hand over to Project Managers
- Procurement of subcontractors/specialist sub contractors etc.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors with regards to existing and

possible new opportunities
- Working to tight deadlines

- Experience in this type of work
- Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specially Outlook, Word and Excel (however knowledge of other Microsoft Office systems would be an advantage)
- Experience of working with contracts between £50,000 and £3million
- Experience of time served as an Electrical Engineer or a good understanding of electrical services or equivalent
- Experience of working accurately and effectively with mínimal supervision
- Experience of working under pressure
- A proven track record of procuring high value contracts

**Salary**: £48,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
