The Park Warden should possess the following attributes:

- A high level of inter-personal skills
- The ability to problem-solve
- Be self-motivated and positive attitude
- The ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- Hold a full clean driving licence
- Keep detailed records of works completed
- Good communication skills

**Previous experience of work on a caravan park or within a maintenance role would be advantageous although not essential.**

**This role will require a practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative. They will display competency over a wide range of disciplines whilst demonstrating a flexible attitude and ‘hands on’ approach.**

General maintenance, to include a basic knowledge in:

- Plumbing
- Heating
- Electrics
- Tiling
- Carpentry

**This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, and will require evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work. Accommodation available with the role, as the role with require you to be on call.**
