**THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES**
This role sits within the Digital and Transport Solutions team in Warwick. We are a team of five, with a range of experience from 6 months to 30 years

We are based at our Head Office in Warwick. Our hybrid working model means that you can spend 50% of your time working from our office in Warwick and 50% working from home.

**JOB SUMMARY**
You will develop strong relationships with Renault dealers, customers, partners and colleagues to maximise the efficiency of processes and ensure relevant vehicles remain compliant and on the road by ensuring;
- All service actions are booked & completed on-time with accurate documentation uploaded in a timely manner

Any RFL renewals & amendments are completed on time
Creating and maintaining records for vehicles and hired in equipment
Monitoring breakdowns to ensure timely response and fix, to maximise customer uptime, hiring vehicles to cover, where necessary
Raising PO’s, accurate PCN and Damage recharging, challenging costs as appropriate
Managing any day-to-day queries in an effective and timely manner
- Managing bookings for the Vertellus Electro-Mobility Discovery Programme
- Setting up new Optifleet customers & managing early-stage introduction to portal
- Managing the Optifleet Customer Support Portal, dealing with all queries & requests
- Manage Zauzoo, including monthly invoicing, queries & credits
- Housekeeping of relevant systems & identifying potential issues to be resolved

- Excellent IT skills, including MS Excel.
