**The role**
Reporting to the **Administration Team Leader**, the **Administrator** is responsible for the day to day administrative support and associated tasks for the Kwik-Fit Mobile Contact Centre

The Administrator role is essential in delivering a smooth and organised service, which underpins and facilitates all mobile activity of the department.

**Key accountabilities**
- Creating PO’s and log information
- Collating van/stock paperwork and updating of internal reporting
- Reconciliation of banking
- Running daily/monthly reports in a timely manner
- Actioning and processing cheques, BACS transfers and requests for refunds
- Liaising with suppliers regarding orders
- Processing of internal and external post
- Word processing and creating spreadsheets
- Perform other job-related duties as required by the business

**Skills & experience**
- Extensive practical experience of a busy office environment
- Strong administrative background with exceptional organisational and time management capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills alongside strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a logical and analytical approach, with excellent attention to detail and a good level of numeracy and IT skills
- Sound understanding of compliance when handling confidential and business sensitive data
- Capacity to cope with quickly changing requirements, with the ability to work calmly under pressure when dealing with competing priorities
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to and build positive relationships at all levels
