DC Personnel are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our client in Whetstone Magna area of Leicester, LE8
Our client is a dynamic and innovative leader in its field, and the industry’s ‘first choice’ for spill and pollution control products.
Permanent position
Pay:
£20,844.00 - £21,335.00 per annum DOE.
Hours:

- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 16:30pm including 30 minute lunch break
(initial training will be between hours of 9am-5pm)
Role:

- Reporting to the Sales& Customer Service Manager
- Identify customer needs - striving to meet them
- Resolve customer concerns/complaints promptly
- Process orders on internal ERP system
- Produce quotes using internal ERP system
- Packing and posting small items for customer orders
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills - GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Math’s preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Great team-working skills
- Experience in use of Excel, Word and Outlook would be beneficial
- Previous experience in Customer Service or similar role ideal, but not essential
- Full UK driving license preferable due to location restrictions (site not on bus route)
Benefits/Bonuses:

- Each half year: performance bonus of 3.5% (of that half yearly salary) paid to those deemed to have performed first class work (minus 0.25% for each day off (other than approved holiday) within the half year)
- Hourly rate 5% above National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage
- Full training provided
- 20 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Pension scheme
