Coach and Administrative Assistant job description

(also suitable as a work experience position, i.e. gap year student)

FT 38-40 hours per week (daytime hours for administration, late afternoons/early evenings & Saturdays for coaching)

Starting salary £ (dependant on experience and qualifications)

**Duties**:
Administrative:
2. Assistance with club timetabling and staff timetabling operations

Media:
1. Assist with marketing, in particular social media platforms and website development

2. Creating and maintaining relationships with local schools and communities for us to offer our services

Business development:
1. Assistance in developing areas of the business as appropriate and where necessary

Coaching:
1. Delivering well planned sessions to the groups you coach, creating access to events/competitions as appropriate

2. Responsibilities for the health and safety aspects of the club including following risk assessments, 1st aid provisions and other things

3. General jobs within the gym including moving equipment, cleaning, and any other reasonable activities

We will provide:
Competitive salary or apprenticeship scheme, dependent on experience and qualifications

Ongoing CPD and training

Bonus packages as appropriate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £6.50-£15.00 per hour
