Working on own initiative and as part of a team, your main duties will include,

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Read and understand drawings/BOMs
- Kit parts in preparation for paint
- Help in other areas of paint prep as and when needed - this is inclusive of hanging parts on racks ready for the paint team
- Palletising painted parts for delivery to assembly
- Work within the production environment and meet deadlines
- Ensure health and safety procedures and all company polices are adhered to

- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team and on own initiative
- A positive work ethic and ability to be responsive to a flexible workload
