Mortgage Broker/Advisor

OTE of £55,000 - £60,000 in year one is both realistic and achievable.

Our team of advisors, who work from qualified remortgage appointments made on their behalf by the company, enjoy first rate back up and support which sees national average earnings in year two, in excess of £70,000 across the advisory team.

Due to increased demand, we are now seeking to appoint successful advisors to complement our existing team.

Whilst much support is provided, this is a self-employed role, hence experience of working on a self-employed basis or the mentality to do so is essential.

Working from home, you will receive 2-3 qualified, local, face to face fact finds per week with clients who have benefited from a lengthy, detailed telephone fact find where in excess of 100 qualifying questions are asked to ensure that you only see clientsthat you can help. On average, the present team is converting just over 1 in 2 first appointments into a sale.

You will receive initial as well as ongoing training development and support coupled with and administration back up service which is second to none. We carry out 100% file check prior to completion, hence ethics run through everything that we do.

To be considered, you must hold the CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification. Being self-motivated as well as having a willingness to learn and take on board new ideas in key. We are here to ensure that our clients always receive first class, ethical advice,we believe in quality over quantity.

We have a very low turnover of advisors. This is a genuine opportunity and to be considered you must have a can-do mentality, together with a genuine desire to be the best mortgage advisor that your clients have ever met.
