An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR Operations & Recruitment team.
The post holder will provide excellent HR administrative and advisory support for the delivery of a high-quality professional HR service to managers and staff across LSHTM, including administering LSHTM's central HR operational processes.
The HR Operations & Recruitment Officer's responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Effective management and delivery of high volume recruitment and selection activity across your designated Faculty and a wide range of Professional Services departments.
- Dealing with employment related correspondence such as contract administration and UKVI administration and processes.
- Offering expert advice and guidance in relation to recruitment best practice, UKVI and right to work, family friendly policies, probation and fixed term contracts.
- Conducting job evaluation of new and existing posts.
- Processing new starters from recruitment to onboarding.
The post-holder will hold an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent significant HR professional experience. They will also have strong experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns and a detailed working knowledge of UK immigration regulations. The role is permanent and full-time. This role will be primarily office based at Keppel Street, London (minimum 3 days per week).
