We are looking for a front of house apprentice who has a thirst for learning all about fine dining. We offer on the job training in a small and supportive team. Under the watchful eye of our restaurant manager you will learn how to serve and wait on tables whilst gaining knowledge about local produce and ingredients. You will experience the daily running of a busy, first class restaurant seeing how both the kitchen and the restaurant operate.

The position is full-time but we can accommodate college days. Shifts will include splits and weekends. You must be able to travel independently to and from the Wild Mushroom.

**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year
